I went ahead and started that Naruto group on DA.



I just hope people don't see the name and go, "AW MAN, ELITE? THOSE GUYS MUST BE JERKS." Because I am only a jerk sometimes.


...I feel like a huge tool, using my own art for the icon, but it didn't seem right to make a group for fanart only and then use official art for the icon.

You can always ask other people if it's okay to use their art once they've joined or w/e and then make variations. :)

Oh, that would be a good idea! Or maybe take submissions specifically for use as icons and do a different feature every few weeks or so.

Yeah, I'm trying to emphasize the fact that just because it says elite doesn't mean every submission is going to be turned down if it isn't absolutely amazing... hopefully it doesn't cause drama or anything. Thanks! :>

Yyyyeah I feel like a jerk but I removed that and one other drawing by the same person. I want to get the group set up with more contributors that I know I can trust to decline low quality stuff but I don't want to force it on any of the artists that are joining either, haha.
